ORDERING & PAYMENT

Orders can be placed through our secure website or via email and we will invoice you.  All payments are processed at the time the order is submitted.

PROCESSING TIME

All items are handmade to order.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing before shipment.  Many orders ship sooner, but processing times may vary depending on order volume and customization.  If you need a rush order please contact us beforehand at wholesale@shoprainbowmermaid.com to discuss your situation.

SHIPPING

All shipping costs are charged at the time the order is placed.  We offer free shipping on orders over $400.  All orders ship from our studio in Redondo Beach, California.  All orders ship ground unless we have made other arrangements.  We ship using the carrier that will deliver your order most efficiently, which may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  Carrier selection is based on speed, reliability and destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.  Delivery times vary by carrier and location and begin once the package has been scanned by the shipping provider.

Please make sure your shipping information is entered correctly.  We are not responsible for packages that have been shipped to an incorrect address.

BACKORDERS

If any item is on backorder we will notify you and let you know when it is expected to ship.

MERCHANDISING TIPS

Our items make a great impulse buy at checkout.  We recommend displaying in small baskets, bowls or acrylic trays.  Easy to merchandise on shelves or table tops.  Perfect for grab-and-go gifting.  Pairs well with other small accessories and impulse items.

USE OF OUR PHOTOS

Our authorized retailers are welcome to use any of our photos.  Please do not alter our photos in any way.

DAMAGES & RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders.  Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if something is defective.  Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit only.  If you have a damage claim, please email us at wholesale@shoprainbowmermaid.com and include a photo of the damaged product, your order number and contact information.
